The Mission Diocese wants to support Lutheran Churches all over the world in theological training. Pastors are sent all over the world to conduct short term theological seminars. These seminars are done on an invitation basis.

Seminars have been held in countries such as Japan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, South Sudan, Kenya and Canada.

Pastors are sometimes joined by other volunteers who are able to bring their own area of expertise to assist the Church. Sometimes the volunteers help in development programs, but seminars around music and other areas of Church activity are also possible.
